Disappointing Experience at Mastro Kitchen
Some customers have had a disappointing experience with Mastro Kitchen, particularly with the installer provided by the company. Katerina Houbtchev, a 2-star reviewer, expressed her frustrations with the poor finishing touches and craftsmanship. She explained that the installer blamed the subpar work on dry air in the home and refused to correct the issues. The biggest problem was the hood fan cover, which was poorly made and left unaligned, with nails protruding and patching that was "ridiculous". Katerina also mentioned that Vito, the founder, was very pleasant and professional, but the installer and their communication needed improvement. She felt that they were covering up for each other to preserve their relationship.
