Our head office is in Terrace, with branches in Kitimat and Prince Rupert. We are a one-stop contractor that takes care of all your contracting needs, no matter how complex and technical it is. We provide a wide range of services including project management, general contracting, design and drafting, plumbing and heating, electrical, drywall and painting, restoration services, and HAZMAT services.

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff consists of over 60 employees, who strive to provide the best service in the safest way possible. All our tradesman and technicians are highly skilled in their fields and stay up to date with industry standards. We have over 50 service vehicles and all the necessary equipment to efficiently complete the projects. Technicon is bonded for large commercial projects, and we are certified home builders/building envelope renovators for the smaller residential projects.
