From furniture selection and layout planning to paint colour consultation, we will guide you every step of the way. Our services include:

Our one-time consultation fee starts at $350 plus HST, and ongoing projects are billed at an hourly rate of $150.

New Home Selections

Purchasing a new home can be an exhilarating but overwhelming process. That's where we come in. Our design experts will guide you through the builder's selection appointments, helping you to make informed decisions about your home's exterior and interior features. Our services include:

• Exterior selections
• Flooring selections
• Cabinetry & countertop selections
• Tile selections
• Plumbing selections
• Electrical selections
• Paint colour selections
• Interior trim & door selections

Design & Build

Our complete home renovation package is a comprehensive turn-key design service that offers clients a hassle-free renovation experience. Our professional designers will work closely with you to develop your design ideas from conception to completion. Our services include:

• Evaluation of clients' renovation goals
• Site measure to survey the property
• Create a Design Concept and Scope of Work
• Produce Construction Drawings
• Introduce qualified contractors or work with client's contractors
• Produce budgets, pricing, and quotations for materials
• Project Manage schedules, deliveries, and deadlines

Quotations are available upon request, and design time fees are billed at $150 an hour.
