Founded in 1959, Hugh Munro Construction started as a one-man, one-machine operation. Over the years, we have diversified and grown into a prosperous and viable business, employing approximately 100 full-time employees and over 300 seasonal workers. Our commitment to client service, attention to detail, and excellence has earned us a reputation for being one of the most trusted names in the construction industry.

Today, she is actively involved in the day-to-day management and operations of all projects. As one of the few female executives in the industry, Colleen is a trailblazer, and her leadership has been instrumental in shaping the success of Hugh Munro Construction.
