Blown-In Insulation
Our blown-in insulation service delivers energy-efficient attic upgrades using advanced equipment to fill irregular spaces with cellulose or fiberglass. Ideal for unfinished attic floors and hard-to-reach areas, this solution improves thermal performance, reduces utility bills by up to 30%, and enhances indoor comfort. The non-invasive installation process takes just half a day with no structural modifications required.
Spray Foam Insulation
Spray foam insulation provides superior thermal resistance (R-6 per inch) while creating an air and vapor barrier. Applied as a liquid that expands to fill gaps, this method eliminates air leakage, reduces noise transmission, and prevents moisture buildup. Our technicians use closed-cell foam for basement rim joists and exterior walls, achieving lasting energy savings and structural integrity.
Attic Ventilation
Our attic ventilation systems prevent ice damming, mold growth, and roof damage through balanced intake and exhaust systems. We install soffit vents, gable vents, and turbo vents to maintain optimal temperature gradients. Proper ventilation extends roof lifespan, improves indoor air quality, and enhances heating/cooling efficiency when combined with adequate insulation.
Air Sealing
Our air sealing service identifies and eliminates energy-wasting gaps around plumbing penetrations, electrical fixtures, and ductwork. Using expanding foam and weatherstripping, we create continuous thermal barriers that improve HVAC efficiency. This process reduces drafts, lowers heating costs, and enhances year-round comfort in both new and existing constructions.
Fireproofing
We integrate fire-resistant insulation materials that meet Canadian building code standards for passive fire protection. Our fireproofing solutions create thermal barriers that slow heat transfer during fires, protecting structural integrity and providing critical escape time. This service includes upgrading insulation in wall cavities and around utility penetrations to enhance fire safety.
