At Mobile Kitchens Canada, we pride ourselves on being the only company in Canada that offers a comprehensive range of mobile food services. Our journey began in 2003, and since then, we have been providing exceptional temporary food service solutions to Canada and the world.

Our story is rooted in the experiences of our President and owner, David Craig, who was a caterer for 20 years before establishing Mobile Kitchens Canada Inc. (MKC). During his time in the catering industry, he gained substantial knowledge about the day-to-day demands of itinerant food services, particularly as they relate to mobile food facilities. This wealth of experience has enabled us to develop an exceptional understanding of how our clients use our kitchens, allowing us to tailor our services to meet their specific needs.

Today, MKC operates with six full-time staff members who are equally experienced in the industry. Our collective experience and understanding of the logistical demands of temporary food services enable us to provide seamless solutions across Canada. In fact, we have procedures in place with our sister company, American Mobile Kitchens, to provide immediate response - within 24 hours - to emergency relief efforts anywhere in North America.

We are constantly evolving and improving our mobile kitchen solutions to incorporate advancements and features recommended by project managers and chefs. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in every aspect of our business, from the design and manufacturing of our mobile kitchens to the provision of logistical support and project management services.
