Our Services
We offer a wide range of services to help you achieve your design goals. From the initial consultation to the final project coordination, we will guide you through every step of the process. Our services include:
Phase 1: Initial Consultation
In this phase, we will meet with you at your home or workspace to review your project needs, aesthetics, timeframe, and budget. We will provide you with a scope of work and a design proposal outlining the next steps.
Phase 2: Conceptual Design
In this phase, we will explore potential layouts for your space and provide guidance on furniture, fixtures, and finishes. We will also create hand renderings or 3D designs and provide you with a finish/fixture worksheet and design guide.
Phase 3: Design Development
In this phase, we will select and specify design details through drawings and packages, and begin sourcing materials and fixtures. We will provide you with detailed drawings, including demo plans, floor finish, RCP, electrical, plumbing, and millwork designs.
Phase 4: Project Coordination
In this final phase, we will manage approved orders and collaborate with contracting crews to execute your design vision. We will place and manage orders, and work with the contracting crew on-site to ensure that your design is brought to life.
