Our History

Fidler Moving & Storage Ltd. was founded in 1952 by Norm Fidler, who operated a small trucking business in Walkerton, Ontario. Over the years, the company has grown and evolved, eventually specializing in moving household goods. In 1961, Norm joined United Van Lines, and the business continued to expand. In 1986, Norm retired and sold the business to John and Marg Becker, who moved the company to a new 10,000 square foot warehouse in Hanover in 1994. In 2002, John and Marg's son Steve Johnston took over the business and has since added a mini storage facility.

Today, Fidler Moving & Storage Ltd. continues to provide top-quality moving services to residents and businesses in the area. We are committed to excellence and strive to make every move as stress-free as possible.
