Our company was founded by Curt Damignani and Wilf Palmer, starting as Palmer Paving & Construction, and has since grown into a diversified construction company. From offices to maintenance shops, self-storage projects, and airport hangar buildings, we have the expertise to deliver high-quality buildings that meet the needs of our clients.

We offer a wide range of high-quality aggregate and soil resources for almost every application. Our team of professionals will provide you with the best solution for every application, from rail ballast to concrete, roofing and construction. We offer delivery and pick-up options for all products, and all our aggregate and soil meet Ontario Provincial Standards (OPS) specifications, ensuring quality products.
