Tower Arctic Ltd. is a renowned Inuit-owned company, listed with NTI and recognized under the N.N.I. Business Incentive Policy of the Government of Nunavut, with an excellent reputation for promoting local interests. With a permanent base facility in Iqaluit, Nunavut, we specialize in heavy civil and building construction projects, including commercial and industrial buildings, excavation, aggregate production, road building, water and sewer distribution systems, water treatment facilities, residential construction, institutional construction, weather stations, subdivision development, reservoirs, pipelines, bulk fuel facilities, airports, and port facilities.

Our Expertise

With over 72 years of Arctic construction experience, we are a general contractor capable of successfully realizing any construction challenge in Nunavut. Our expertise extends to water and sanitary distribution services, installing water and sanitary distribution systems in permafrost, which requires expertise and special equipment. Additionally, we have experience in marine construction, from deep sea cellular docks to breakwater construction. Our Legacy
