Quality of Work
While some customers received excellent work from Streamline, others were left disappointed. The quality of work was a significant issue for Richard Michaud, who experienced uneven and poorly done tile work. The original worker was accused of being upset and defensive when issues were raised, leading to a delay in correcting the problems. Additionally, the company was slow to recognize the poor workmanship and was reluctant to make significant changes.
Communication and Timelines
Communication issues also arose, particularly with Richard Michaud, who felt that the company was inconsistent with timelines and expectations. Scott from Streamline came to assess the work and offered to redo the faulty tiling, but this would have required significant changes to the bathroom.
Tools and Equipment
The lack of proper tools and equipment was a significant issue for Kyler Babuin, who witnessed only one hammer and a chop saw being used for a large project.
Overall Experience
Despite some positive experiences, many customers were left unhappy with their interactions with Streamline.
