Miller Precast Ltd. has been a leading provider of quality concrete solutions in Ontario for over 40 years. We have evolved from a small backyard operation to a comprehensive "one-stop-shop" for all precast concrete needs. Our journey began with the manufacture of well tile, which eventually led to the production of septic tanks and a wide array of other products including manholes, box culverts, highway barriers, oil grit separators, bridge panels, and more. Our commitment to quality and customer service has earned us recognition as one of the industry's go-to providers for concrete infrastructure needs.
Our History
Our story started in the late 1960s when Darrell Miller, the founder, stumbled upon an opportunity to purchase well tile forms from a gentleman looking to retire. Over the next few years, Darrell manufactured well tile in his backyard. As the business grew, he built a new concrete building and expanded the product line to include septic tanks. In 1975, Miller Precast Ltd. was officially established. Darrell's wife, Joan, joined the company to handle accounting, and they hired a few employees to assist with deliveries. The company continued to grow, introducing new products and machinery. However, in 2007, a devastating fire destroyed the plant, forcing the company to relocate to a rental site. Despite this setback, Miller Precast Ltd. persevered and continued to innovate, now recognized as a leading provider of precast concrete solutions.
