Design Process

Our design process is a collaborative effort between our team and our clients. We begin by having an initial design meeting where we discuss your unique wants and desires for your new home, renovation project, or construction. We also take into account your lifestyle, site considerations, and design criteria. From there, we present preliminary design concepts, and work closely with you to refine the design, making any necessary revisions and additions.

Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to meet the unique needs of each of our clients. These services include:

• Architectural Blueprints: Our standard rate for blueprints is $1.25-$2.00 per square foot of floor area for new building or custom home blueprints. We also offer competitive rates for additions to your new home.
• Construction, Additions / Demolition: We provide affordable rates for new construction, renovation, addition, or demolition projects. We may require a site visitation to provide an estimate.
• Kitchen, Bathroom, and General Interior Renovations: Our rates are affordable for any general renovations. We may come on site to provide a preliminary estimate and may require a site visitation to provide a more accurate estimate.
