Our Projects: Traditional to Custom

We have experience working with a variety of building types, including office buildings, medical facilities, industrial plants, and educational institutions. Some of our notable projects include the Williamsburg Seniors Residence, a large-scale new construction designed to provide the highest standard of living for its residents. Another notable project is the Simcoe County Municipal Office Building, which consisted of significant renovations and a new build around the main City Hall building of the County of Simcoe. This challenging project required minimal to no disturbance or impact on the regular day-to-day activities of the city staff as the existing facility remained occupied and operational throughout the 22-month project.

Our Delivery Models

At Percon Construction, we offer several delivery models to suit your specific project needs. Our services include:

• Design-Build: This turn-key solution combines both the design elements (architectural and engineering services) with the construction process under a single contract, giving you a single source of responsibility for the entire project.
• Design-Bid-Build: This is the traditional model of construction in which the design is handled by the owner and consultants and then is put out to tender. Competitive bids are reviewed, assessed and managed directly by the owner before the contract is awarded to the preferred supplier.
• Construction Management: Utilizing specialized construction project management techniques, we oversee the planning, design, and execution of your project from beginning to end.
• Integrated Project Delivery: This highly collaborative delivery method encourages all stakeholders to do what's right for the project as a whole, rather than what is right just for them. This process leads to enhanced value, reduced waste, and the elimination of duplicate processes.
