Our company was founded by Gary Dam, who has an impressive 30 years of experience in the glass and window trade. Gary started his career by working in the window and door industry during his high school years, where he learned the importance of hard work and dedication. After completing the Glazier and Metal Mechanic Apprentice Program at George Brown College in 1993, Gary continued to work for various companies, eventually starting his own business, Gary Dam Window and Door.

In January of 2012, Gary decided to start his own business again, naming it Windmill Window and Door. Over the years, the company has grown, and in January of 2020, Gary incorporated the business and opened a showroom located in Huntsville. Today, Windmill Window and Door Ltd. is a leading provider of window and door services in the Muskoka area, offering a wide range of products and services for both residential and commercial properties.
