Balcony railings and screens are cleaned as part of complete services. Crews use company vehicles equipped with ladders and water-fed poles for hard-to-reach areas.
Post-Construction Cleaning
Removal of paint, silicone, and stucco residue from construction using specialized tools like glass scrapers and acid solutions. Focuses on tempered glass protection and scratch-free techniques for challenging materials while ensuring no surface damage occurs.
Hard Water Stain Removal
Professional treatment combining chemical solutions and soft polishing pads to dissolve calcium buildup from sprinkler overspray. Requires multiple treatments for severe cases, with prevention advice on irrigation adjustments and water softening systems.
Commercial Window Cleaning
High-rise access through 66' boom lifts operated by certified technicians. Hybrid approaches combine lifts for paved areas with extension ladders for landscaped zones. Scheduled maintenance plans available for retail storefronts and strata complexes up to six stories.
Pressure Washing
Hot water systems remove garage grease while low-pressure techniques clean sensitive siding. Specialized equipment cleans houses, decks, driveways, and gutters using environmentally safe detergents without damaging surrounding landscaping.
