Our company was founded by Gerald McColman and his sons in 1979, and we remain a family-owned and operated business to this day. Our team is comprised of highly skilled professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Meet our leadership team:

• Alan McColman, President, has over 40 years of industry experience and is responsible for overseeing the company's operations.
• Brody Hoff, Project Manager/Estimator, has extensive experience in hazardous material abatement and demolition, and is responsible for estimating and managing projects.
• Shirley Mah, Office Manager, has a wealth of experience in construction management and accounting, and is responsible for overseeing the company's administrative functions.
• Kayla McColman, Health & Safety Coordinator, has a strong background in health and safety, and is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, and the environment.
