Our Team

Our team consists of highly skilled and experienced professionals who are passionate about their work. Tom Sullivan, the owner, has been in the plumbing industry for many years and has obtained his Plumbing License in 2005. He also has his Well Technician License and D-Z license to operate the Hydrovac and Septic trucks. Tom is a dedicated entrepreneur who enjoys training his Labrador Retriever dogs for field trials and hunting in his spare time.

Christina Sullivan, our office manager, has been working full-time for the company since 2014. With her diploma in Business-Accounting, she has worked in various roles including production at Albany International and as a Service Advisor at an automotive repair shop. This experience has prepared her well for dispatching our plumbers to service calls.

Shane Rintoul, a licensed plumber, joined our team in 2016 and has recently obtained his Plumbing License in 2020. He has experience with residential, commercial plumbing repairs, and water treatment. Shane enjoys spending time with friends and his wife and two children.

Michael Hogan, an apprentice plumber, started with us in 2020. He has been gaining experience working on commercial buildings and some sewer work. Michael is also a volunteer firefighter with the Perth Fire Department and loves playing hockey and golf.

Brandon Mahon, another apprentice plumber, joined our team in 2016. With previous experience as an electrical apprentice, he works on residential plumbing repairs and septic and sewer back-ups in residential and commercial properties. Brandon is a volunteer firefighter for Rideau Lakes and enjoys spending time with his son.

Paul Boles, our Septic Truck Driver, started with us in 2019. With many years of experience working at the 3M plants in Perth and Brockville, Paul was also a volunteer firefighter for the Perth Fire Department for many years, where he obtained his D-Z license to drive the fire trucks.

Our Services

At Tom Sullivan Plumbing, we offer a wide range of plumbing services to cater to your needs. Our team is dedicated to providing friendly, knowledgeable service for minor to major plumbing repairs, water treatment, maintenance, and new construction for both residential and commercial customers.

In 2019, we expanded our business to include a septic pump truck and a hydrovac truck, calling it TSP Septic & Hydrovac Service. This allows us to provide our customers with the convenience of having their septic or holding tank pumped out on a regular basis or during an emergency sewage back-up situation. The hydrovac truck uses vacuum and high-pressure water to safely expose underground utilities or drill holes.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, with Saturday and Sunday available for emergencies only. We are always ready to assist you with any plumbing needs you may have.
