At Shane Reid Contracting INC., we are a construction and sub-contracting company led by Shane Reid, a dedicated and focused individual with 17 years of construction experience. Shane has been doing quality carpentry since graduating high school and has completed an apprenticeship in carpentry, as well as writing his Red Seal Construction license exam in 2013. Shane has experience in all areas of construction, from commercial to residential projects. Our team of experienced professionals has the skills and expertise to take on various projects, from small home repairs to large-scale major projects.

We specialize in framing, insulated concrete form construction, exterior finishing, decks and fencing, and interior construction. Our team is dedicated to providing a professional and friendly service, paired with fine craftsmanship, to ensure you receive the best possible result.

Framing

Our framing services include house framing and timber frames. Shane takes a more unconventional approach by building trusses on the ground and placing them with a crane, ensuring a safer and quicker process for his crew.

Insulated Concrete Form Construction

We specialize in insulated concrete form construction, which has become popular for its value over the long term and higher R values.

Exterior Finishing

Our exterior finishing services include soffit, fascia, stucco, siding, roofing, windows, and doors. We also offer decking and fencing projects, using various materials such as Trex decking, cedar, and pressure-treated wood.

Interior Construction

Our interior construction services include simple renovations, custom housing, and interior finish work, such as drywall, painting, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, interior doors, and mouldings.
